A. Aims:

2. Grammar: Review: The present simple tense: 	What are those?
	They are trees.
C. Teaching Aids:

1.Warm up: (3mins)
Ask and answer drill:	1.What are these in the picture ?
2.Where is Thuy's house ?
3.What are there near Thuy's house ?
Introduce the situation of the lesson.
2. Presentation: (10mins)
Let them listen to the tape: two times.
Present vocabulary and structures:

+> Flower (n)	+> Hotel (n)	
	 Check vocabs: Slap the board.
* Model sentences: 	1.What are those?	They are trees.

3. Practice: (15mins)
Ask them to listen to the tape and get informations to answer the questions about Thuy.
Ask them to play games: “Lucky number”.

2. Grammar: 	There is a hotel near our house.
	There are trees and flowers in the park

	 Pictures, posters, cassettle, textbook.
Skills: Noughts and crosses, Word square.

3. While- writing:( 15mins)
*Let them listen to the tape and write the words which they heared in the notebook in A4.
Ask them to compare own results with a partner.
Correct their mistakes and gives answer keys:
* Answer keys:	a. Hotel.
b. Country.
c. Rice paddy, river.
*Ask them to look at the pictures in A3,A5 in the text book.
Let them write sentences about your place.
	Example:	*) A3: Our house has a yard. It is near a rice paddy.
	There is a hotel near the lake.
*) A5: There is a lake near our house.
 There are trees near our house.	Etc.
4. Post- writing:( 10mins)
Let them play a game : “Word square”.

1.Vocabulary: neihgborhood, hospital, factory, museum, stadium, restaurant, bookstore, temple.
2. Grammar: Review: Where does he work?	He works in a factory.
Where does he live?	He lives in a house.
C. Teaching Aids:
	 Pictures, posters, cassettle, textbook.
Skills: Slap the board, survey.
D.Teaching Methods:

E.Procedures:

3. While - listening:( 15mins)
Ask them to read the text B1 again. 
Then complete the sentences from (a) to (e): in pairs.
Let them practice answering before the class.
Correct their mistakes and gives answerkeys:

b. Restaurant, book store, temple.	e. Factory.
c. Hospital.
Lets them read these sentences.
4. Post – listening: (10mins)
Ask them to play a game: “ Survey”.

B. Contents:
1.Vocabulary: in front of, to the left of, behind, to the right of .
2. Grammar: Where is the yard?	→	 It is in front of the house.
	 Where are the flowers? → The flowers are to the right of the house.
C. Teaching Aids:
	 Pictures, posters, cassettle, textbook.
Skills: True or false, matching, picture drill. 
D.Teaching Methods:
 Communicative method ,Grammar translation,.

2. Grammar: Review: Where is the photocopy?	It is opposite the store.
