I. OBJECTIVES:

 After listening, students will be able to

- Develop the skills of listening comprehension through the listening activities of short response.

- Write and speak about the simple weather repost.

II. LANGUAGE CONTENTS :

1. Structure: Ask and answer about:

 The weather:

 What’s the weather like in.?

→It will be + adjective(s)

→It is going to be + adjective(s)

 The temperature:

 How about the temperature?

→The low will be .and the high will be degrees.

 2. Vocabulary: snowy, humid, foggy, degree (centigrade), minus.

III. TECHNIQUES:

Elicitation, pair-work, group-work, brainstorming, asking and answering, leading, explaining, networks, completing a table, summarizing.

I. OBJECTIVES: 
	After listening, students will be able to

 Listen the weather report and choose True or False. Correct the wrong words.

5.In New York, it’s a windy and cloudy day.
6. The high temperature will be 20°C in Paris.

- Guides and asks Ss to make the simple weather report. 
Ss:- Look at the map, use suggestions and make the reports.

- Go to the board and give the presentations in individual for weather reports in front of class.

- Gets the feedbacks from Ss, corrects and encourages them. 
V. Homework
(5’)
- Learn the vocabulary by heart.
- Write a short weather report (60- 80 words) about some cities in Vietnam.
- Prepare for lesson Read (page 116- 118 in Text book).
T:
- Summarizes the main points and gives homework.
- Asks Ss to learn the vocabulary, do homework and prepare for the next lesson.
Ss: 
Take note and write down the homework in notebooks.
