It was held on O loan Lagoon in Tuy An commune
on lunar Junuary 7 th .The Festival took place on the surface of the lagoon in the morning of the 7.There were many competition happening as such:dragon-boat racing, fishing bamboo boat racing, net bamboo boat racing .Besides,there were the performance of traditional folk dance,lion dance,sing for fishing(Ho Ba Trao)  together with many other folk games.A lot of people from other commnues took part in the fsetival.
 The O Loan Lagoon festival was the traditional cultural beauty of Phu yen.It was wonderful.
