1. what do these people wish ? write the sentences.
-Have sts give example
Ex: I wish I could swim
-Reminds the structures “ WISH PRESENT”

-Elicits to exercise 1 “This is Ba’s wish because he doesn’t have a new bicycle now”
Ex: Ba wishes He could have a new bicycle
-Asks sts to look at the pictures and suggestions . Then discuss What these people wish
-Calls some sts to read aloud the sentences that they have just done

-Asks sts to remind the prepositions of time and give examples
preposition of time 
in : (đứng trước mùa , tháng , name)
on: (đứng trước thứ , ngày tháng)
at :( đứng trước giờ )
between ..and..: (giữa giờ này và giờ khác.)
* special case: on / at the weekend , at night 
Ex: I get up at six o’clock
We have English on Monday
-Asks sts to look at Mr Thanh’s itinerary for his business trip to Singapore. Base on the information in the itinerary . you complete the sentences using the prepositions in the box.
-Calls some sts to present in front of class

3. Complete the sentences with on at in, for .

4. Match the half- sentences. Then write the full sentences in your exercise book.
Gives examples “ Hoa worked hard .. she passed her exam”
-Use “ so” to match each pair of sentences
=> Hoa worked hard; So she passed her exam.

-Asks sts to match the half sentences in A with the ones in B
-Calls sts to read aloud the sentences
