I – Checking the old lesson
- Student go to the board to write the new words
– Teacher Greeting to the students by give the quetions for students answer.
 ( Where is Hoa from ? )
 ( What does she do? )
 ( Does she have a lot of friend in Ha Noi ? )
II – The new lesson:
1 - Teacher introduce the new lesson :
- Asks students to look at the picture part 3 ( page 12)
Open the tape then ask all class to listen and repeat bout 3 times
What are they doing in the picture ? 
What are they greeting each other ?
Open the tape then ask student to listen .
Good morning / good afternoon / evening /
To greeting in the part og day
Ask student to close the books , listen and repeat after the tape
Student practice in pairs
2 – practice listening – aks and answer the questions :
- Teacher asks students to look at the phrases of part 4 ( page 12 ) 
Explain : This is the structures use everyday ( social english or Every day engkish )
Studenrs answer the questions.

Look at part 4a,4b ( page 12, 13 ) then complete the empty dialogue .
3 - Practice listening comprehension :
Teacher ask students to look at the picture in the lesson of patr 5 ( page 13 ) .
(You will hear 4 conversations describings the pictures but they are not in order . You listen to them and mark the number in good order as conversations in the tape ).
 Listening of part 5 ( page 13 )
Open the tape :
Call some pairs of the students to answer the questions
Teacher give the right answers
The students listen the tape and repeat 
Note : revision the present simple tenses 
 comparative of adjective.
Greeting somebody
Structure of : present simple tenses.
4 - Practive after the leson :
Student practice the dialogue in pair .
Do not lok at the book then practice the dialogue.
III – Consolidation
Teacher repeat the structures of greeting 
Some of structures greet english
Listen and complete the picture
content of reading comprehention dialogue,
Play with words:
Reading the text : 
 poit the student of Hoa
 Where is Hoa standing ?
 Introduce the friend of Hoa
IV – Homework
1 – Learn by heart thr structure in the lesson
2 – Complete the exercise in the workbook
Listen and answer the questions 
Listen to the teacher then complete the emty dialogue
Look at the picture and answer the questions
Listen the introduction and prepare to do the lesson
Listen to the tape and write the dialogue in their book
