Look at the picture on page 8 in 20 seconds and try to remember as many words as possible. - Teacher divide the class into two teams. ? New lesson Presentation Pre-teach Eliciting: Modeling Choral & individual repetition Written record Pronunciation: stress, sounds Checking: R.O.R Listen and repeat the words (1 P8) - Listen and repeat all the words in part 1. (P.8) - Play the recording and let students listen - Play it again and pause for them to repeat each word. - Correct their pronunciation. Listen and read then check your answer. Practice Put the words into groups (2 P8) - Work in pairs. Put the words into groups. - Students do the task. - Get feedback. ? Can you add more nouns to the groups? Gap filling (3 P8) ? How many sentences are there in 3 P.8 ? Are they completed? ? Put one of the given words in each blank. - Ask some students to write on the board, then check their answers. - Have students copy into their notebooks in full sentences. Production Writing (4 P.8) ? Write sentences about yourselves using the combinations above. - Students work on their own first. - Then they pair and compare. - Get some students to read their sentences aloud.
