Preliminary activities:
Asks about the class situation.
Checks the previous learning.

Presentation:
A1: Plays the tape of A1 for students to listen and repeat.
Introduces the new words: 
hungry, thirsty, full, hot, cold, tired
A2: Students ask and answer the question: 
 How do you feel? - I’m hungry.
	 How does she/ he feel? _ He is thirsty
A5: Calls some students to guess.

2. B1: plays the stereo and asks students to repeat.
Students ask and answer the food they would like with the question: ‘What would you like?’
3. B2: plays the stereo and asks students to repeat.
Students practice in pairs.
Introduces the model sentence: 
(+) There is some rice
(-) There isn’t any rice
(?) Is there any rice?
(+) There are some apples
(-) There aren’t any apples
 (?) Are there any apples ?
Tells the difference between any and some in the models sentences above.
