Period 73rd. Part A : WHAT ARE THEY DOING? – EX 1, 2,3,4,5,6

Get the S to find out new words in ex 1.
Explain: skip , volleyball , aerobics, tennis, table tennis,jog.

Call the S to read one by one.
Check : Slap the board.
Grammar: Review the present progressive tense.
Ask the S to give the form , use and the notes as well as adverbs of times.
Feedback:
Form: (+) S + Be + Ving + O.
 (- ) S + Be not + Ving + O. 
 (? ) Be S + Ving + O ? – Yes, S + be. / - No, S + be not.
The use: It is used to describe an action happening at the speaking time at present.
Adverbs of time : now , at the moment.
Take notes: Swim => swimming ; write => writing.
Structures :
 1- ‘S play + Noun of sports.’
 2- ‘ S do aerobics’. 
Hang on the extra board: Ask the S to make up the sentences with the words provided.

Call some S to do on the board.

3- Practice.
Have the S listen to the tape twice.
Read aloud.

 - No, S don’t/ doesn’t. 
Use: It describes an action that happens again and again in the present.It shows one’s habit.
Adverbs of time: Every day/ month/ year/ afternoon/...
 Today. 
Notes: The verbs that have the last word such as: s, x, sh, ch, o add “es” after them.
Ex: mixes, goes, washes, watches, misses.
