 +Can you guess where it is? 
 +Do you often go to here?

I.Listen and repeat
1.New words:
-T gives and explains some new words for Ss.
-Ss guess the meaning of new words
 + Plan(n): St that you’re going to do for the future. (Explanation)
 + Vacation(n): Holiday. (Translation)
 + Destination(n): (Translation)
 +Visit(v): (Example: I want to visit Ha Noi)
 + Stay(v): (Translation)
 + Uncle(n): The brother of father or mother. (Explanation)
 + Aunt(n): The sister of father or mother. (Explanation)
 + Citadel(n): (Picture)
 + Bay(n) : ( Translation)
 + Beach(n): (Picture)
- Teacher reads all new words one time.
-T asks Ss to listen and repeat 
- T calls some Ss to stand up and read new words (if Ss pronounce wrong, T must correct the mistakes)
2.Listen and repeat
-T asks Ss to look at their book in A1 
-T plays the tape and asks Ss to listen and repeat.
-Ss practice the dialogue in 3 minutes.
-T calls some pairs to practice the dialogue.
3.Structure
-T suggests giving the near future structure: “ In the dialogue, Ba and Lan are making plan for this summer vacation. In the dialogue, there is a new structure: the near future tense. 
-T writes the common form of the near future on the board : 
 Be + going to + V(inf)
-T asks Ss : “So, what is the near future tense ?”
-T gives denifition and the use of the near future tense: To express the plan or intention in the future. 
-T gives example to help Ss understand more about the near future.
Eg: I am going to visit Hue this summer .
-T asks Ss to look at the example and give the structure of the near future.
-T helps Ss to give the structure:
 (+) S + be(am/is/are) + going to + V.
-T asks Ss to base on the structure of the near future to give some examples about the near future.
-T calls some Ss to give examples about the near future.
-T listens and corects mistakes for Ss.
-T gives three and the use of them in the near future tense: What/where/how long
 +What: Ask about st
 + Where : Ask about place
 + How long: Ask about time

-Ss work in pair to complete the dialogue.
-T goes around the class to help Ss( If necessary)
-T calls Ss to write the dialogue on the board.
-T calls some pairs to stand up and practice the dialogue.
- T listens and corrects the mistakes if have.
-T checks the sentences on the board.
