(B6) OBJECTIVES - Competencies: Ask and answer about distances. - Focus on listening and writing skills. TEACHING AIDS Pictures, e- book, extra boards .PROCEDURES Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Content - Have Ss make a dialogue in which questions of distance and means of transportation are used. - Comment and give feedback - Practice in pairs in front of class 1.Warm up: * Ss’ dialogue: ex: Minh: Where do you live ? Nam: I live at 20 Le Loi Street. Minh: How far is it from your house to school ? Nam: It’s about two kilometers. Minh: How do you go to school ? Nam: I go to school by bike. - Have Ss look at the picture and remember the places in the picture. - Ask Ss pre – listening questions - Remind Ss the structure “How far is it from . to . ?” - Explain the request of the listening - Look at the picture and remember - Guess & answer - Take notes - Listen to the explanation 2.
