Previous exercises: exercise 4 and 5 on pages 17 and 18 in workbook III. PROCEDURES IN CLASS 1. Stabilization (3ms): - Greeting. - Checking absence. - Warm up : Have Ss play a game “ Boardrace” Rule: - Divide the class into 2 groups. - Have Ss go to the board then write down the prepositions of place they have learnt. - Which group has more correct answer will be the winner. Beside the table, there are some plants. Another table is next to the window and near the window, there is a picture. Above the table, there is a bookshelf. Opposite the bookshelf, there is a rack and on the rack, there is a television II. Practice Expected answers: - There is a refrigerator in the right corner of the room . - Next to the refrigerator are the stove and the oven . - On the other side of the oven , there is a sink and next to the sink is a towel rack. - The dish rack is on the counter, to the right of the window and beneath the shelf. - On the shelf and on the counter beneath the window, there are jars of sugar, flour and tea. - In the middle of the kitchen, there is a table and four chairs . - The lighting fixture is above the table and beneath the lighting fixture is a vase with flowers. III. Homework - Learn by heart new words . - Prepare lesson 6 : Language Focus * Self- evaluation .
