1.Warm up :
- Have ss play the game “ Jumble words”

-Show the picture (p148) , ask ss some questions.
 .Where are they 
 . Do you know what product this factory makes ?
- Have ss listen to the tape – correct their guessing 
-Introduce the dialogue
-Present the newwords :

 Manufacture (v) liquify(v)
 process(n) grind(v), 
 shell(n) mold(n)
 remove(v), conveyor belt(n)
-Guide ps to read the words
- Ask ss :
 Are cacao beans washed before being cook ?
 Yes , They are washed before being cook
- Review the passive :
 S + (be) + V(III) + by 
- Have ss give the passive form of simple present and simple past
- Play the tape
3.Practice :
-Have ps practice reading the dialogue
-Call 2 groups to present.
- Ask ps do true - false exercise :
TimJones is visiting a chocolate factory with his family 
The factory foreman shows them the process of producing chocolate
First , wash, crush, and cook the cacao beans
They must remove the shells of cacao beans before crushing them
Milk and sugar are two of the ingredients in chocolate 
-Have ps match half – sentences on page 149 
-Get feedback " Make correction.

-Ask ss to read the dialogue again and fill in the grid.
