- S + V + (O)
* Chú ý:
Nếu chủ ngữ của của câu thuộc ngôi thứ 3 số ít thì chúng ta thêm 's' hay 'es' vào sau động từ.
Ví dụ:
They drive to the office every day.
Water freezes at 0° C or 32° F.
Câu phủ định
- S + do not/don't + V + (O) 
- S + does not/doen't + V + (O)
Ví dụ:
They don't ever agree with us.
She doesn't want you to do it.
