Warm - up (5’) - Have Ss answer two questions: Do you like watching TV? What programs do you like watching? What programs do you dislike watching? - Listen and answer the questions 2. Pre - speaking (14’) - Have Ss answer the question: Do you often go to the theater or cinema? - Introduce six advertisements - Review the structures: Would you like + to infinitive? Prefer + to infinitive What about + V-ing? How about + V-ing? - Answer the question - Review the structures 3. While - speaking (18’) + Activity 1: - Have Ss listen the dialogue between Hoa and Lan. - Have Ss practice the dialogue. - Call 2 pairs to check + Activity 2: - Ask Ss to choose one in 6 advertisements to make a similar dialogue - Guide Ss to do - Call 5 pairs to get feedback Suggested idea: SS 1: Would you like to go to the theater this week? SS 2: That sounds good. What would you like to see? SS 1: There is a beautiful summer on at Worker’s Theater. SS2: OK. Can you make it on Friday? SS 1: Sorry. I will have a Math test on Saturday. SS 2: What about Saturday? SS 1: That’s OK SS2: Fine. Let’s go on Saturday. - Listen the dialogue - Role play - Look at 6 advertisements - Work in pair - Choose one advertisement and make a similar dialogue 4. Post - speaking (5’) - Call some pairs to get feedback. - Correct mistakes. - Present their dialogue - Take note mistakes 5.
