II. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to understand the details of a dialogue and to use “Would you + verb”.

T sets: The students of Quang Trung school are having a medical check-up. Hoa, Lan and Nga filled in their medical records and gave them to the nurse. Now they are going to see the doctor. This is the dialogue between Hoa and the nurse.
