I . Objectives: At the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
- identify kinds of food: meat, vegetable, sea food,
- talk about food likes & dislikes
* Contents:
	+ New words: durian, pork, pea, carrot, cucumber, chicken, pineapple, papaya, spinach.
 + Grammar: simple present & simple past
	 too / either , so / neither
	+ Skills : listening, speaking, reading & writing

1. Presentation (20')
-T: asks- ss: answer
- T hangs the pictures of fruits and food on the board and asks students answer the questions: 
-Ss look at the picture and speak the names of fruits and food that you know.
-T writes on the board
-T asks Ss to look at the picture and make a list of the fruits/ food which you haven’t known their English names in Vietnamese?
- Ss talk the names of fruits and food that you don’t know in Vietnamese.
- T presents some new words
- T has them read these words.
- T checks
+ Hoa & her aunt went to the market yesterday. Can you guess what they bought ?
- Sts guess, T ticks
* T has sts look at the picture on the page. Then play the tape and ask students to listen it carefully and answer the question what they bought.
- Sts listen to the dialogue and check.
- Sts listen & repeat after the tape
- Sts practise the dialogue in pairs, alternating roles
* Teacher can stop at each paragraph of dialogue to explain the new words and structures:
- T introduces the structures with "neither" & "either" 
- Ss rewrite these structures into your notebooks.
- T calls on 1 pair to read the dialogue aloud in front of the class
- T introduces the structures with "too" & "so" in 2nd part & remembers the structures with "neither" in 3rd part
- Sts talk about the kind of vegetables & fruit they like & dislike
2. Practice (10'):
- T has sts reread the dialogue to write a list of the food Hoa & her aunt bought in pairs
- Sts read aloud the list in front of the class
- T makes any necessary corrections
* T reviews quickly the use of "so, too"& then "either, neither" to the sts
- T asks the sts the questions in the models & has sts read aloud the answers
* Production ( 5')
- T has sts work in pairs
- Sts make the dialogue with a partner then practice in front of the class.
- Others listen and give the ideas
4.Feedback ( 1’ ): T repeats the new words , the present simple, past simple & the structures above
