I. Objectives: 
- By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
+ Ask and answer the structure with so, too, either, neither.
+ Learn how to prepare and cook some dishes for a meal.
+ Use some adverbs: First, Next, Then, After that, Finally.

- Vocabulary: Slice, boil, add, salt, stir-fry, soy sauce, pan, bowl, plate, chopsticks, spoon, glass.
- Skills: Reading, speaking.

Introduce about new lesson. Ask students some questions:
+ Do you usually help your mother cook the meals?
+ Do you know how to cook a meal?
Let students look at the picture and guess: What did Hoa’s aunt do for dinner? What did Hoa do?
Provide some new words
+ to slice (v) /slais/: thái, cắt mỏng
+ to boil (v) /boil/: luộc
+ to add (v)/æd/: thêm vào
+ Salt (n)/sɔ:lt/: muối
+ to heat (v)/hit/: làm nóng
+ Pan (n) /pæn/: chảo
+ to stir-fry (v): xào
+ soy sauce (n): xì dầu
+ plate (n): đĩa
+ choopstick (n): đũa
+ spoon (n): thìa
+ glass (n): cốc
Ask students listen and repeat after the teacher.
Ask the whole class read aloud.
Ask some students read the text and translate into Vietnamese.
 Have students answer the questions in task a) then ask them to go to the board and write down the answer. 
Check out and give the correct answer.

Ask students read the text again and add the missing verbs, then match the instructions to the pictures.

- Have students answer the questions that teacher ask before reading the text:
What did Hoa’s aunt do for dinner? What did Hoa do to hepl her aunt?
She cooked rice, boiled spinach, stir-fried beef with green peppers and onions and made cucumber salad.
Hoa set the table to help her aunt.
- Learn by heart new words and prepare new lesson.
- Review the structure with either, neither, so, too.
- Read the text again.
