1. Warm up (5 mins.)
* Brainstorm: Make a list of the sports which you play in your free time.
+ What are your favorite sports?
+ When do you always play these sports ?
+ Which sports do you like best ?
- T. introduces new lesson: Last unit we talked about the healthy food, how we can make a good meal, Today, we’ll learn about the activities, the sports which help us more healthy. Now let’s begin.

2. Presentation (12 mins.)
- Then T. explains the new words.

Answers:
The writer takes part in walking/ Walking For Fun club.
Because the writer's school team won the first prize, they were so happy and wanted to keep the activities.
One activity is a 5 km walk (walking 5 kms) to the beach on Sunday morning, and the other is walk-to-school day.
It's 5 km from the school to the beach.
Wednesday is the WTS day.
Members living near school often take part in the WTS day.
4. Production (7 mins.)

Last year, there was a district walking  for school children.
