- Revision: Slap the board.
2. Presentation. To pre-teach vocabulary.
- Give the words and their meanings.
- Guide sts to read and ask them to practice reading.
- Check vocab: Rub out and remember.
- Using a poster to present dialogue A2 on page 141.
- Give the patterns.
3. Practice. To help sts listen to the tape and make similar dialogue.
- Have sts listen to the tape about the dialogue A2 between Hoa and Lan.
- Ask them to practice reading the dialogue in pairs.
- Ask them to look at the poster, use the information to make up similar convesations.
- Listen to the sts and correct mistakes.
4. Production. To help sts practice the patterns.
- Ask sts to make up dialogues to ask and answer about their favourite TV programs.
- Hane them work in groups.
