Unit 5: WORK AND PLAY

1. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, the students may review the school subject vocabulary with reading practice.
2. Language contents:
- Grammar: The simple present tense.
- Vocabulary: an essay, an event, calculator, past and present events.
3. Techniques: Group works, pair works, prediction, game, listen and answer.
4. Teaching aids: lesson plan, textbook, picture page 53 and posters.
5. Time: Allotted 45 minutes

Lead in:
- How many subjects do we have at school?
- What are they?
- What is your favorite subject? 
- Do you like Math?
- Is it difficult?
 To know more about that, today we continue Unit 5: A3.5.6. First we come to A3.
- Now look at the picture and answer:
What is this?
Do you like banana?
How many bananas are there?
Can you guess how much does one banana cost? 
- Have the Ss listen to the dialogue and share with their friends to feedback.
- Open your book and read to check.
- Give the corrections
