1. Warm-up (5mins) Chatting and net work
To check the old lesson and to lead the new lesson.
Chatting: Answer T’s questions by looking at the pictures on the screen
Questions :
What is he/she doing ?
Is he/she ..?
What time does your school have recess ?
Do you at recess?
Net work:
Asks sts to list 6 activities 
What do you often do after school ?
After-school

Pic 1: Listening to music
Pic 2: Playing sport
Pic 3: Watching TV
Pic 4: Surfing the Internet
Pic 5: Doing homework
Pic 6: Relaxing (new lesson)
2. Presentation (20 mins)
T: Asks sts to look at the textbook then answer T’s questions
How many pictures do we have ?
What are they doing in each picture ?
T: Plays the CD player one time
Sts : listen. Then practice with their partner (pair)
T: Asks one pair to do modeling (pay attention in st’s pronunciation)
T: Asks sts to find out the new words
T: Explains the meaning (translation or synonyms)
T: Asks sts repeat individually/ chorally.
Sts: Copy down
T: Asks them to answer 6 questions (a-f) by themselves in text book on page 61.

T: Introduces new structures , form, example, function

T: Asks sts to give some examples basing on the form

Grammar: 
Give advice : đưa ra lời khuyên
Structure : You should (bạn nên)
Form : S + should (not) + V (bare inf) 
Example : You should study hard
Function : To give advice
Note : should = ought to = had better (nên)
Make suggestions : Đưa ra lời yêu cầu, rũ rê.
Structure : Let’s/ Why don’t you
Form: 	
Let’s = Let us + V (bare inf) : chúng ta hãy cùng
Why don’t we + V (bare inf)? : tại sao chúng ta không ..?
Example : Let’s go to the beach / why don’t you go to the beach ?
Reply :
Agree : OK/ Good idea/ That’s a great idea/ Wonderful, Why not ?
Disagree : Sorry, I don’t think It’s a good idea/ Yes, Maybe I will.
Function : To make suggestions or to give your ideas.
Note: Let’s +V = Why don’t we (you)+ V? = What (How) About +Ving?
