- This activity focuses students on practicing talking about one of the ethnic groups in Viet Nam
2. Instruction: 
- You look at these subjects that you can talk about in relation to the groups. Elicit these subjects if possible:
+ Location + lifestyle + costume + Foods + festivals/ ceremonies + marriage/ weddings (give some facts facilitate the activity.)
3. Task : prepare and talk in groups
Suggested: 
There are about 1.7 million Tày people living in Vietnam (based on the 2009 census and 5 years of population growth). This makes them the second largest ethnic group in Vietnam after the majority Viet ethnic group. Most are in northern Vietnam in particular in Cao Bằng, Lạng Sơn, Bắc Kạn, Thái Nguyên, and Quảng Ninh Provinces, where they live along the valleys and the lower slopes of the mountains. They also live in some regions of the Bắc Ninh and Bắc Giang provinces. They grow rice,  maize, sweet potato 
Lồng tồng Festival (literally: "Going down the rice paddy") celebrated after New Lunar Year Festival to pray for better crops.
Then, Luon, sli are Tay’s traditional songs

- Change the notes into cooking steps to show how to make it. Use proper connectors first/ firstly, second/ secondly,  and pay attention to spelling and punctuation.

*Sample cooking steps:
This delicious dish is really easy to make. First, you need to soak rice in water for at least five hours. Then, rinse the rice and drain it well. Next, add the turmeric extract and mix it well. Then wait for ten minutes. After that, add the coconut and salt. Remember to mix it well. Finally, steam the rice for about 30 minutes. Check that it is fully cooked. You can serve this dish with chicken or fried onions.
