1. Warm up:
Telephone transmitting
 T divides the class into 2 teams. Choose 6 volunteers in each team. They stand in 2 lines. T tells the first S in 2 lines the message “She’s going to have a party next Sunday. She wants you to come”. They whisper the message to the next in their line. The second whispers to the third  until the last one. The last S has to shout the message and it is the message that the T tells them, their team win their game.

Set the scene
T has look at the telephone message and find out which information is missing

d. When did she want to see Mr. Kelvin? ( at 9.45 on Tuesday morning)

Ss listen again & fill in the missing information then compare with the partner
