The word prompts in the box may help you: example: The town is becoming busier. The houses are getting more nodern. The present progressive tense. S + tobe + becoming/getting+ adj Usage: Used to describe changes with “get” and “become”: 3.1.While- spaeking -The traffic is getting busier. -The town is becoming more beautiful -There are more green trees. -The streets are becoming cleaner/larger/noisier -There are more tall buildings house. -Goods are getting more expensive 4.1.Post - speaking Work with a partner. Pe- listening - Complete the dialogue use the verbs in the present progressive tense (page 78) - Review the form of the present Progressive tense. 3.2.While - listening * Listen: Fill in the missing words: Lan: Hello! We don't live far from my school so I usually walk there . In my neighborhood , there is a swimming pool and a beautifull park . On the weekend , I often go swimming with my friends . Early in the morning , I always joy with my sister around the park. But the thing I like best in my neighborhood is the public library near my school. There I not only can study & read books ut also watch video games & learn how to use the computer. Do you have a library like that in your neighborhood ?
