1/ Warm-up: (6’)
Chatting
- Ask Ss to answer some questions. 
+ What do you say when you need a help ?
+ What do you say when you want to help your friends ?
- Lead to the lesson.
- Answer.
- Listen.
2/ Pre-speaking: (15’)
- Explain some structures.
* Responding:
Ø Agree : Certainly; Sure; Of course; No problem
What can I do for you ?
How can I help you ?
Ø Not agree : I’m sorry. I’m really busy.
I. Structure:
* Asking for favors :
Ø Can/ Could you help me, please ?
Ø Could you do me a favor ?
ØI need a favor/ your help.
Ø Can/ could you ... ?
Ex : Can you pass me the ruler ?
* Responding :
Ø Agree : Yes. Thank you .
Yes. That’s very kind of you .
Ø Not agree : No.Thank you. I’m fine.
* Offering assistance :
Ø May I help you ?
Ø Do you need any help ?
Ø Let me help you .

3/ While-speaking: (14’)
- Ask Ss to work in pair. 
- Ask Ss to make up the dialogues using the situations in the box in pairs in four groups.
II. Speak:
* Model dialogue:
Tourist : Can you help me , please ?
You : Certainly. What can I do for you ?
Tourist : Can you tell me the way to the police station ? I lost money.
You : Sure. I’ll help you.
Tourist : Thank you very much. That’s very kind of you.
- Work in pairs to read the dialogues in the book.
- Work in pairs
4/ Post-speaking: (8’)
- Ask Ss to present four dialogues of four groups.
- Present the dialogues.
5/ Homework: (2’)
- Ask Ss to
+ Study the structure.
+ Do language focus 3.
+ Prepare unit 6: Read + Listen 
- Write assignments.
