-Draw the figures of sea wave, steps, a boy/ girl, a shark.
- Draw dashes, each dash for a letter of the word to be revised. ( lie flat, elevate, lower, victim, case)
- ? What should you do when someone give you something?
- If you can’t meet him or her to thank, what should you do?
- T : We can call this letter a thank-you note. When Nga was in the hospital, Hoa sent her some flowers, and this is the thank-you note. But it isn’t completed, now let’s help her to complete it.
- Show the note on the board and ask Ss to read it and supply the correct tense form of the verbs 
( T can help Ss find out which tense is used in each paragraph)
