By the end of the lesson , sts will be able to develope speaking skills. Then make and respond to introduction .

II. Language contents:

1.Grammar: -Yes – No questions.

-Past simple : regular and irregular verbs : to talk about action or event that is finished

2.Vocabulary: Some words relating to capitals and big cities in the world, especially in Asia

3.Skills : Listening- Speaking- Reading- Writing.

III. Techniques: Asking and answering – Pair work – Role play – Matching.

IV. Teaching aids:Pictures, cassette player and tape.

-Asks some questions :
+ 1. Where does Mary is come from?(. Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur )
2.Does she like Vietnamese people?(friendly)
3. Does she like Ha Noi?( interesting)
-Introduces the situation ““Nga is talking to Maryam. They are waiting for Lan outside her school. Put their dialogue in the correct order to make a complete one.
-Asks sts to compare with other pairs
-Calls some pairs to present in front of class
-Corrects mistakes

A: please to meet you. Let me introduce myself. I’m Nga
B: please to meet you, Nga. Are you one of Lan’ classmates?
A: yes ,I am. Are you enjoying your stay in Vietnam?
B; Oh yes, very much. Vietnamese people are very friendly and Ha Noi is a very interesting city.
A:Do you live in a city, too?
B:yes. I live in kuala lumpur. Have you been there?
A: No, is it very different from Ha Noi?
B: The two cities are the same in some ways.
A: I see. Oh! Here’s Lan . let’s go.
-Asks sts to play role: Yoko, Paul, Jane to introduce yourself
Ex: I’m Yoko. I come from tokyo in Japan.it is a busy city capital city. I like vietnamese people. Because they are friendly and I also love old cities in vietnam .
-Introduces the situation “ Now you use the information in the book to make similar dialogues. Introduce yourself to Maryam’friends”
-Asks sts to work in pairs to make similar dialogues
- Calls some pairs to practice in front of class

you:please to meet you yoko. Let me introduce myself. I’m ______. I’m fifteen years old
yoko: please to meet you, too. Do you live in Hanoi?
You: yes, I do. Have you been there?
Yoko:yes, I have lived there for a week. It’s beautiful and Vietnamese people are friendly and helpful . I also love the old cities in vietmnam.
You: Is it different from Tokyo city?
Yoko: yes, tokyo is larger than Hanoi.it is a busy capital city.
You: Oh! Here ‘s Maryam, let’s go.
