I- Đặc điểm và tỡnh hỡnh

1) Thuận lợi:

- Giáo viên đã tiếp thu chương trình đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy, kiểm tra đánh giá

- Bản thân luôn cố gắng trau dồi kiến thức, chuyên môn nghiệp vụ, dự giờ, học hỏi kinh nghiệm bạn bè đồng nghiệp.

- Đồng thời cũng được ban giám hiệu nhà trường quan tâm, tạo mọi điều kiện để có thể giảng dạy tốt nhất.

- Nhà trường có đủ SGK, và 1số sách tham khảo cần thiết.

- Sĩ số học sinh mỗi lớp ít, nhìn chung các em khá ngoan, có ý thức tốt.

2) Khó khăn:

 - Một số gia đình phụ huynh chưa thực sự quan tâm đến việc học tập của con em mình nên việc phối kết hợp trong công tác giáo dục học sinh còn hạn chế.

- Cơ sở vật chất còn khó khăn – thiếu phòng chức năng, đài băng phục vụ cho việc dạy nghe chưa đạt yêu cầu, chất lượng thấp.
