I. Objectives: 
Ss will be able to:
- Know the recipes and the instructions of how to cook the dish.
- Use adverbs of sequence: first, next, then, after that, finally
- Improve student’s reading and writing skills.
- Know how to write the menu.
- Understand Hoa’s cooking process and write the menu that Hoa cooked
- Retell once yourself cooking or write instructions to cook a dish.

Match the words with the right pictures.
( beef, cucumber, orange, carrots, durian, chicken, spinach, papaya)
Pre- writing :
Activity 1
- T introduces the lesson by asking the questions

 2. While -reading
Activity 2
- T gives Ss some new words
_ SS repeat new words after the teacher
_ T asks Ss to read all vocabulary again
_ T calls some Ss to read new words and corrects their pronunciation
