Warm up
* Chatting: (mark)
Food plays an important part in our life . It give us the main enegry for body development. Thus ,
 a balance diet is especially important. In our today is lesson , we will learn about the definition of a balanced diet and usefull guidelines about food.
You are going to listen to a tape about Lan Ba,Nga and Hoa . You hear and tell What they ate and drank a mong the food and drinks mentioned above by wriing the letters a,b,c next to each person corresponding with the food and drinks they use.
Presentation:
* Pre-teach vocabulary:
Rice Cơm
Noodles Mỳ
fish Cá
vegetables 	 Rau
Fruits	 Hoa quả
Beef Thịt bò	 
Juice	 Nước trái cây
Water	 Nước
T.Ask Ss to write the new words in their book
T. hang the pictures of fruits then ask Ss to answer 
Ss listen to the explain. 
T. introduces new lesson
T. presents new words 
Then teach Ss to read
Call some Ss to read aloud
Ss wrie the newwords
the read after the teacher about 3 time
Read the newwords again
